Feasibility
Luke 14:28-30
"Suppose one of you wants to build a tower. Will he not first sit down and estimate the cost to see if he has enough money to complete it? For if he lays the foundation and is not able to finish it, everyone who sees it will ridicule him, saying, 'This fellow began to build and was not able to finish.'
Premise
Congregations struggle to make decisions as they consider any new project or major program. They do not have the internal volunteer experience or expertise to make a well-informed decision, and yet hesitate to commit to a long-term relationship with an architect or design-build firm who will not thoroughly examine all possibilities before beginning a project.
Purpose
The purpose of "Feasibility Services" is for the congregation to obtain adequate information from expert consultants about how best to proceed with a project or major program before expending large sums of money.
Process
Following careful definition of the question to be answered, a Feasibility Study is prepared to include at least the following:

SDG will provide the following deliverables as part of this service:
Information gathering as needed to define existing conditions
Interviews as needed to define needs statements
Draft Feasibility Study for Leadership's review and comment
Final Feasibility Study for Leadership's review and approval
Attendance at one Congregational Meeting to present the Study
