Premise
God has prepared SDG with expertise and extensive experience in construction so that congregational clergy, staff, leaders, and members can focus on Great Commission ministry.
Purpose
The purpose of "Construction Services" is to provide management services to our Client through all phases of construction, from groundbreaking through occupancy.
Process
Based on the congregation's approved Construction Documents and Contracts, SDG will manage the construction process. We will keep the congregation at large and the congregation's observation team fully informed of the progress of the project. Upon substantial completion, we will assist the congregation in preparing a Punchlist of items remaining to be completed. Upon completion, we will obtain the Certificate of Occupancy on behalf of the congregation, and join them in celebrating what God has accomplished in and through them!

Construction Management
Permits
Construction contracts and all related documents
Proofs of Insurance and Lien Releases
Processing of Change Orders
Review of Draw Requests
Regular onsite meetings to review progress of the work
Inspection scheduling and approvals
Project Schedule Management
Regular reports to the Observation Team and the Congregation
Punchlist
