Our Vision
SDG will be a recognized leader within the Christian church in equipping and project-specific services as we use and improve on best practices in the fields of outreach, stewardship, real estate, architecture, urban planning, and development services.

We will create and implement innovative models for outreach ministries, discipleship training, planting new missions, assessing a growing congregation’s needs for space and place, appraising the highest and best use of underutilized church facilities, relocating existing congregations, and reducing operational and debt service costs to all congregations.

We will facilitate the church’s acquisition and utilization of land and facilities that provide diverse and creative Christ-centered educational opportunities for people of all ages and cultures.

We will be trusted by the development community to deliver projects that are on time and on budget and that perform at the highest levels for their market segment. By using innovative financial forecasting models and thorough analysis of local demographics, we will create the best responses to the needs of the local marketplace.
