Premise
There are congregations who have neither the resources nor the expertise to design and implement a Preschool, before and after School Age Care (SAC), and/or Summer Day Camp, even though they believe God wants them to include one or more of these ministries on their church campus.
Purpose
The purpose of our ECEC service is to provide the design, implemenetation, and management of a Christ-centered Preschool, SAC, and/or Summer Day Camp for the congregation that connects the children and their parents with the ministries of the church without the church's daily involvement in running the service.
Process
SDG surveys the local church and secular providers of ECEC to establish reasonable fees and program expectations. Then, we design the daily curriculum, enrichment programs, and special events to best serve those who will utilize this ministry. We will regularly communicate with parents and the church, we will establish best practices to ensure the safety and security of the children, and will employ staff who share our values of integrity and excellence in all we do.

SDG will provide the following deliverables as part of this service:
A survey of community providers of ECEC
Review of local demographics to establish programs and services
Recommendation of comparable fees and hours of operation
Staffing and Human Resources management
Acquisition of licenses and agency approvals (if needed)
Daily management and operationn of the ministry
Preschool, School Age Care, and/or Summer Day Camp as requested
